  • FIZIO warming cream: FIZIO Warming Cream is intended for massaging before sports and other physical activities as its ingredients increase blood flow to the muscles.
  • FIZIO cooling gel: FIZIO Cooling Gel contains essential oils and medicinal plant extracts. It is intended for the massaging of tired and overworked muscles after sports and other physical activities.  Due to its cooling effect it also relieves bruises and pain as well as itching from insect bites. FIZIO® Cooling Gel does not make the skin greasy.

DIRECTIONS:

  • FIZIO artro cream: Apply 1 to 2cm (approximately 2g) of the cream to the affected area and gently massage it into the skin. It is recommended to use the cream in the morning and in the evening, or as needed. Do not use FIZIO Artro Cream on damaged skin or with children.
  • FIZIO warming cream: Apply 1 to 2cm of the cream (approximately 2g) to the affected area and gently massage it into the skin. Use as needed. Do not use on damaged skin.
  • FIZIO cooling gel: Apply 2 to 3cm of the gel (approximately 2g) to the affected area and gently massage it into the skin. It is recommended to use the gel in the morning and in the evening, or as needed. Do not use on damaged skin.
