Article 4 - ESSENTIAL PROPERTIES OF PRODUCTS
Essential characteristics for the products are written next to each product in the section PRODUCTS, and can be found by clicking on the MORE ABOUT THE PRODUCT icon. The page opens with the sections OPERATION, COMPOSITION, METHOD OF USE, STORAGE and EXPIRY DATE, AND STABILITY AFTER OPENING. Instructions for use are also supplied for all products.
Article 5 - PRICE OF PRODUCTS
Products prices include VAT and are in the section PRODUCTS next to the pictures of each individual item.
Article 6 - DELIVERY COSTS
Shipping and handling costs within Slovenia are € 3.90. For orders exceeding € 50.00, the cost of shipping and handling within Slovenia will not be charged. Shipping and handling costs to other EU countries are 9.90 € for all orders.
Article 7 - DETAILED ARRANGEMENT OF PAYMENT, METHOD, AND TIME OF DELIVERY
a) Payment of products: using PayPal, credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery (only within Slovenia).
b) Delivery method: by post or by personal pick-up at the company's headquarters
c) Delivery time: With credit card and PayPal, the delivery will be made within the next five working days after the order is placed. In cases of payment by bank transfer, within five working days of the payment being received.
Article 8 - RETURNS / REFUNDS
The customer (consumer) has the right to a return / refund within fourteen days of receiving the products. They must notify their intent in writing to the seller (Koželj d.o.o. Dob) by using the e-mail address: webshop@kozelj.net. It is not necessary to state the reasons for the decision. In this case, the client must return the products closed, undamaged, and in unchanged form and quantity to the seller within thirty days from the written notice of return being sent. The seller will refund the consumer no later than thirty days after receiving the cancellation message. In cases of delay in refunding, the seller must pay the client, in addition to the purchase cost, an additional 10% of the initial payment for each thirty days of delay. The only cost that the consumer must pay in connection with refunds are the shipping the cost of returning the products.
Article 9 - COSTS RELATED TO THE USE OF THE WEB COMMUNICATION FUNCTION
No costs are associated with the use of our web communication function.
Article 10 - TIME LIMIT FOR THE PURCHASES
The validity period of the received bid is 8 days. After this deadline, the offer shall be deemed null and void. Prices are valid on the day of the order and do not change.
Article 11 - FINALISING ORDERS
a) On the first page select the PRODUCTS tab.
b) Select the product you want to order and click on the BASKET icon.
c) If you want to order more products, add them to the basket by the same procedure.
d) After completing the purchase, click on the CHECKOUT tab.
e) Enter your information in the CUSTOMER INFORMATION section and then click on the FORWARD tab. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
f) In the PAYMENT METHOD section, select the desired payment method by clicking on the icon and then click on the FORWARD tab
g) In the REVIEW ORDER section, review and verify your order, then click the ORDER tab to confirm the purchase the BACK tab to edit your order.
h) Upon completion of the order, a notice and summary of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. With this step, the ordering process is complete.
Article 12 - RECORDS OF ORDERS
All concluded orders are held at the company's headquarters; access to them is possible via e-mail: info@kozelj.net or by phone: +386-1-722-09-70.

If you omit any of the mandatory information (those marked with *) when entering the customer data, the website will alert you in writing to complete the required fields, which it will also highlight in red. The program also contains written warnings in case of other errors (empty basket, invalid address, an incorrectly entered email address, etc.).
Article 14 - LANGUAGES OF PURCHASE
The languages in which it is possible to make a purchase are Slovene, English and Croatian.
